Interview Process

Our interviewing process varies from position to position. Your interviews may be:

  • BY TELEPHONE
  • ONE-ON-ONE WITH THE HIRING PARTNER
  • PANEL INTERVIEWS WITH A GROUP

The interviewing team selects the best candidate for the position based on qualifications and years of experience. The selected candidate will be contacted by one of the partners to extend an offer of employment. Candidates who are not selected will be notified by our HR staff.
